lakefront, the “Guest House” at Christmas Island features an abundance of

Built in 2003, the “Guest House” is totally furnished and comfortably sleeps
10-12 with central heat & A/C. The design offers privacy for each of the 4
bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
 The public areas of the home feature knotty pine and a
combination of hardwood and tile flooring. The spacious living room features gas
fireplace with exposed stone chimney, color stereo TV, DVD, VCR, and surround
sound. The open concept is overlooked upon by a suspended walkway, which
connects bedrooms with the bathrooms.
 The kitchen is fully applianced, including dishes, glasses, pots
and pans, wet bar and ice maker. All of the bedrooms and den have wall to wall
carpet. The fully furnished master suite offers a walkout, lakefront view from
your King bed, a master bath and walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 features a queen
bed, second floor lakefront view. Bedroom #3 has twin beds. Bedroom # 4 is
a family bedroom. These private quarters feature a queen bed , twin beds, a
private bath, and a mini kitchen.
 The den area is semi-private with a half-wall partition over
looking the living room from a second floor water view. It features a queen
sleep-couch and loveseat.
The open dining area is set up for 8 with additional seating for 4 at the
adjoining bar.
The “Guest House” has several color TV’s. Private beach, dock,
grill, outdoor furniture, picnic table, and large deck. The oversize single car
garage has ample room for snowmobiles or motorcycles.
 The “Guest House is located 1.5 miles from world famous Weirs
Beach, with it’s boardwalk, arcades, restaurants, bars, and clubs. Summer
vacationers can board one of the many scenic Lake Winnipesaukee sightseeing
vessels. Enjoy a day of golf, at one of the Lakes Regions Many scenic
championship courses.
Only 15 miles away is New Hampshire International Speedway. NHIS
is home to Nextel Cup racing in July and September.
Hike the scenic White Mountains with miles of marked trails,
only one hour away. Drive to the top of Mount Washington. Visit the observatory
on the highest peak in Eastern United States. The Auto Road is open from May
till the middle of October depending on weather conditions.
Winter skiing at Gunstock, only 8 miles away. Truly a family ski
experience. Or challenge New Hampshire's toughest ski mountains, only 1 hour to
the North.
 Located in the heart of the Lakes Region, its attractions,
shopping centers and outlets, the “GUEST HOUSE” can be an ideal place to get
together with family, host small business meetings, and even weddings.
Christmas Island Resort’s own famous Steak House offers catering
for any event you might have. Nearby takeout restaurants and fast food services
satisfy any need not to cook.
The Resort provides limited daily maid service and use of
facilities including boat launch, additional docks, indoor pool, and beaches.
Whether its a family summer get together, or snow ski vacation,
the ‘GUEST HOUSE” at Christmas Island offers unique possibilities of enjoyment.
